As a supramaximal provider, the University Hospital Dresden ensures the treatment of diseases and injuries in the highest level of care throughout Eastern Saxony and beyond. Our personnel and technical capacities are geared towards offering emergency medicine in an interprofessional team at the latest standards, year-round and around the clock. As an independent department of the University Hospital, the Central Emergency Department treats over emergency patients annually. The number of patients is increasing. For this purpose, a specially trained team of experienced doctors and nurses from all departments of the hospital is available. The treatment and advice of all medical emergencies is a central service of the Central Emergency Department. This is provided with high efficiency and quality and is highlighted as a special feature. With the aim of further optimizing the diagnosis and therapy of all emergency patients in the region and beyond, there is close cooperation and integration with all clinics/centers.

At the earliest possible date, a position is available as

Physician in training in the field of intensive and emergency medicine (m/f/d)

in full-time employment, initially limited to 12 months. We offer you the opportunity to work for six months each on the surgical intensive care unit and in the Central Emergency Department as part of your training. This is a rotating position that is filled again
