Senior Project Manager

Duration: 6+ month contract to hire

Location:
Cincinnati, OH

Required Pay Scale:
$70-75 / hr W2

Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates
This role is for a Senior Project manager to lead and deliver capabilities within the Modernized Fulfillment/Delivery Solution.

The large delivery team operates in a scaled program/agile methodology so having experience working with cross functional agile scrum teams is a must.

The PM needs to be highly engaged in the work to drive teams to milestones, and effective at resolving issues requiring collaboration of many stakeholders.

They need to demonstrate strong communication within and outside of team to align dependencies. This individual will be able to keep technical teams on track and work to escalate issues as appropriate.

Requirements:

10 years of Project Management experience delivering large and/or complex projects

Experienced in managing full life-cycle projects, including schedule, budget, risk/issue management and status reporting to various levels of the organization
Project experience in retail grocery, retail management systems (RMS), or supply chain technology
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
Experience leading an acquisition, merger, or related program
PMP certification
Experience in leadership position delivering large and/or complex projects and programs
Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
Ability to anticipate and manage project/program risks
Confident, solution-oriented independent worker
Dynamic presenter and facilitator skills, experience in presenting to senior management
Possess strong engagement management skills, strong bus
