Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide product information and resolve any customer issues or concerns
  • Enter orders in our system, process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
  • Conduct outbound calls for followups.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge in Allmoxy system is Plus
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour


Expected hours:
