• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the arboriculture and landscaping industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct on-site assessments of clients' properties to determine their arborist and landscaping needs.
• Develop customized proposals and quotes based on clients' requirements and budget constraints.
• Present proposals and communicate the value of our services to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to arboriculture and landscaping.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

• Strong knowledge of trees, plants, and landscaping techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.
