Timing: 8:00 AM start, M-F, 20 hours per week not to exceed 30 hours, 1-year initial assignment

Purpose

  • Coordinate and execute document changecontrol processing activities working directly with the Document Strategy Team (DST) Lead in R&D Global Scientific Compliance; and collaborate with the Learning Management Team, Quality Assurance Documentation Center, and scientificcommunity business units.

Education and Training

  • The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification(s), with relevant technical businessoriented document management using an advanced electronic document management system (DMS).
  • Companyspecific documentation processing and systems training, and assignments' guidance will be provided by the DST Lead.
  • Individual responsibilities will increase as confidence grows.

General Requirements and Skills

  • Highly preferred: Direct experience with an advanced DMS or document management platform, e.g., Viva Vault (OneVault), Microsoft 365, SharePoint,that wa or similarly advanced DMS
  • Preferred: Familiarity with general scientific terminology, e.g., chemist, biologist, instrument, analytical testing, study, clinical, active ingredient, drug product

Logistics

  • The work environment is a modern, comfortable, collaborative onsite worksetting with professional equipment and remote workdays possible.
  • Remote work opportunities are available as needed with management approval.

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- change-control management: 3 years (preferred)
- electronic document management systems: 3 years (preferred)
- quality assurance background: 3 years (preferred)
- pharma or biotech or medical device industry: 3 years (preferred)
