Description

  • Dry Force is hiring a Water Restoration Specialist for a full time position in Austin, Texas.
-
Responsibilities:


  • Handle any issues caused by water damage.
  • Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property
  • Assess the scope of water damage and sell Dry Force services
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of
  • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
  • Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
  • Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
  • Document drying progress using a phone or tablet

Qualifications:


  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work full time hours
  • IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
  • 1+ years of Structural Restoration experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
