Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and repairing equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions to minimize production disruptions
Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
Fabricate or modify parts as needed using welding or other techniques
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols
Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in equipment performance or efficiency

Qualifications:

Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively
Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus

Pay:
From $2,800.00 per month
