Description

Cologne Tourism GmbH is the destination management organization for the city of Cologne and the first point of contact for international travel and conference organizers, as well as business travelers and leisure guests. Cologne Tourism bundles and represents the goals of its internal stakeholders and promotes the travel destination and conference location of Cologne with its diverse offerings worldwide. The purpose is not only to increase the city's image, but also to position Cologne and the surrounding region as an attractive tourism destination and a prominent MICE location in the national and international market, thereby strengthening the city's economy.

We are currently looking for a

Clerk (m/f/d) in the Finance and Accounting department in full-time (39 hours)

Your tasks:

Your tasks include posting and booking of debtors, creditors, banks and cash, as well as processing and posting of expenses, travel expenses and credit card statements.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Preparation of target-actual comparisons, variance analyses and ad hoc evaluations for department and company management
Regular account reconciliation and monitoring of payment transactions are also part of your tasks.
You support in the financial and asset accounting.
You are involved in the development of digital processes in accounting.
