Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? You will be directing the flow of the office, which could include greeting a patient, answering a phone call and directing a patient to the adjustment room all at the same time.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and interactive chiropractic assistant to join our team You'll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization.

Leads with empathy, believes in the 'Thank You' economy, loves supporting kids and families, has a passion for chiropractic (or willingness to learn), and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience to patients.

This person should also feel comfortable talking with patients about sensitive topics, including financials, have excellent active-listening skills, confidence in basic computer skills, and be mission-driven.

Our team member must have a positive mental attitude and the ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the operational flow of a busy, multidoctor office
• Create memorable impressions with patients
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, scanning, scheduling, etc.
• Prepare Care plan folders
• Communicate with all of the staff to make sure everything is timely and prepared
• Consult with patients to convey the value of our care

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and be detail oriented in a fastpaced environment
• Peopleperson and can make all ages feel at ease
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Techsavvy and willing to learn how to use and be proficient with CLA INSiGHT scanning technology
• Display impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Follows instructions and is coachable
• Being compassionate with patients and their stories
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
