    What will you do?This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to be part of one of the most disruptive FinTech companies on the planet As a Sales Associate in the Sales & Marketing organization, you will be instrumental in our mission to revolutionize the investment management industry.

    This role offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, sales, and investment management.

    You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify and engage with potential clients, cultivating them into qualified leads.

    Your goal will be to establish initial connections, build relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. This is an IC role.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:
    You'll be at the forefront of research and identifying potential clients and decision-makers within the investment management industry, utilizing various tools and platforms

    Outreach:
    Your initiative and creativity will shine as you initiate outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone calls, and social media

    Qualification:
    Your understanding of client needs and challenges will be instrumental as you qualify leads and assess their specific requirements

    Relationship Building:
    Your dedication to maintaining and cultivating relationships with prospects through regular follow-up and engagement will demonstrate our human-centric approach

    Market Research:
    Your insights will be invaluable as you stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the investment management sector

    Data Management:
    Your meticulous record-keeping in CRM systems will provide the foundation for insightful reporting and evaluation

    Collaboration:
    Your input and collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams will help us align efforts and develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion within the investment management industry

    Qualifications:
    Interest in launching a career in sales, including prospecting, inside sales, business development, marketing, and direct sales.

    Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starterExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented and deep organizational skillsKnowledge of Salesforce or tech-savviness and a willingness to learn about software solutionsPrevious sales or customer service experience in a high-paced environment is a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with the investment management industry or financial services is advantageousBachelor's degree preferredAbout RidgelineRidgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management.

    Compensation and Benefits The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $107,000 to $128,500 OTE for individuals based in New York and California.

    Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.

    In addition to the base salary, 100% of Ridgeline employees can participate in our Company Stock Plan subject to the applicable Stock Option Agreement.
