At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team.

Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager.

If designated as hybrid, you'll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance.

If designated as remote, you'll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team

While our Center of Excellence is located in
Arizona, this position is open to other additional states (remotely).

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, or the Virgin Islands.

The Professional Web Services Sales position will use both outbound and inbound consultation at different points in our customers' life cycle to build relationships and help customers build their business online.

This is done by Inbound Leads, Webinar Leads, SEO Campaigns and more.


What you'll get to do...

  • Reach out to Customers who request more information on GoDaddy "Do It For Me" (DIFM) services.
  • Make outbound calls to consult with existing website design customers to enhance and evolve their online presence
  • Perform ongoing needs analysis with our customers in an effort to make recommendations regarding updates to their websites
  • Recommend products, services, and/or online strategies to help customers with their business or individual needs with a onecall, onecustomer, oneuniquestoryatatime mentality. This could include describing new products/services or helping customers renew or purchase additional products/services.
  • Engage website designers and content writers as needed to provide the appropriate design services for the customer
  • Proactively manage each customer relationship and communication touch point to foster a trusted partnership. Provide ongoing communication and followup to keep each customer informed throughout their customer life cycle, including welcome calls, celebration calls and general inbound and outbound customer contacts. Work with customer to make sure the end result delights them
  • Adhere to department performance and productivity standards such as Customer Retention, Calls Per Day, Quality Scores, and Sales metrics.

Your experience should include...

  • 2+ years of previous outbound dialing experience
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience
  • Demonstrated success in a consultative customer service and sales role
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, attention to detail, organizational and telephone skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively crossfunctionally and within various levels of the organization
  • Teamoriented and the ability to work effectively on a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive, multitask and prioritize in a highvolume and fastpaced environment
  • Strong understanding or strong willingness and aptitude to learn Internet and website technologies

You might also have

  • Knowledge of internet commerce, websites, SEO, and social media trends
  • Previous Sales cycle management experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce to drive seamless sales and customer relationship management
  • Relevant knowledge regarding a small business' online footprint, and the best ways to continue to promote their products/services on the web.
  • Knowledge of GoDaddy products and services such as Website Builder, Quick Shopping Cart, Online Store, and Search Engine Visibility
