Your responsibilities

  • Preparation of payroll and salary statements using DATEV LODAS
  • Support with tax and social insurance audits
  • Personal contact for our clients
  • Correspondence with authorities and health insurance companies
  • Processing and monitoring of social insurance reports and salary certificates
  • Support for clients in all personnel matters
  • Participation in business consulting and process consulting to improve our clients' digital financial processes

What you bring

  • Certified social insurance specialist (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training with practical experience as a payroll or financial accountant (m/f/d)
  • Experience with DATEV programs preferred (not mandatory)
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with clients and colleagues
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German, both
