Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our properties and ensuring excellent customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, lease agreements, and rent payments
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and rent collection activities
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Support marketing efforts by creating online listings, updating property websites, and managing social media platforms
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting property features and attracting potential residents
Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
