Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

Possess and maintain a valid Driver License.
Have at least one (1) year of building maintenance experience.
Have considerable knowledge of a variety of cleaning, repair, and construction including materials, methods, equipment, and procedures.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes some after hour shifts and being oncall some weekends.
Acknowledge this position is designated as Emergency Critical (EC) and if hired into the position, you must be immediately available to the department before, during, and after a declared emergency and/or disaster.

Desirable Qualifications:

Preferred applicants:

Possess a valid high school diploma or GED equivalency.
Have some basic supervisory experience.
Have some computer knowledge.
Have some basic customer service experience.
Are able to perform basic repairs and maintenance of equipment.
