Department Head of Accounting (m/f/d) to join their team in Iserlohn as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the finance, controlling, and human resources department
  • Bookkeeping (accounts receivable/payable)
  • Analysis of common business indicators
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Creation and monitoring of budget plans
  • Cost accounting and project calculation
  • Responsibility for personnel administration/payroll accounting
  • Review, optimization, and assurance of all processes in the finance and accounting department
  • Close cooperation with auditors, tax auditors, and tax consultants

Requirements

  • Commercial training or completed degree in business administration
  • Professional experience in finance and accounting
  • Indepth knowledge of commercial bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of DATEV software
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Reliable
