Atlas Home Services seeks to expand its customer service call center with the addition of a
Customer Service Representative

• Have 3+ years of Customer Service Representative experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry
• Be punctual and dependable
• Be able to work in a fastpaced work environment
• Be a team player
• Have an excellent phone demeanor
• Be able to multitask
• Have a solid work history
• Have strong computer skills
• Have strong decisionmaking abilities

Experience with Service Fusion and QuickBooks software is highly desirable

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating material orders
• Scheduling work orders and estimates in Service Fusion software
• Receiving phone calls from technicians to update work orders and preparing invoices as completed
• Tracking technician's schedules and making changes to the dispatch board as needed
• Requesting purchase orders and permits when needed
• Assisting with collections calls on past due customer accounts
• Articulating product and service offerings to potential customers
• Supporting all CSR staff and field technicians

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
