- Develop and refine NVH solutions tailored to soft trim vehicle components such as seats, carpets, headliners, and other upholstery parts.
- Design innovative solutions to enhance NVH performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize NVH analysis and measurement tools such as LMS Test.Lab, B&K, and ANSYS to evaluate and optimize designs.
- Implement CAD software like CATIA and SolidWorks for the design and development of soft trim components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in NVH performance for automotive applications.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to execute designs effectively and efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Design Release Engineer with a focus on NVH solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in NVH analysis and measurement tools, including LMS Test.Lab, B&K, and ANSYS.
- Strong skills in CAD software, particularly CATIA and SolidWorks, for designing soft trim components.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
