    We do LOVE food here at Zeffert and Gold It is our gift we provide to every client, and bride and groom, that comes to us to provide for their special day While you have an abundance of knowledge in an array of food pairings and cooking techniques, we also know you can pair your fine talents with the art of business

    Time management:

    · The ability to prepare all ingredients and food-set up prior to an event that ensures food safety, and freshness of items

    · Ability to have food cooked and plated to keep up with the timeline on days of events (Appetizers for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert)

    Attention to detail:

    · With accurate portion sizes and quantities of meals for party sizes whether it be (plated meals, buffet style, stations, or family style)

    · Making sure all food is thoroughly cooked for safety reasons and that it represents our high standard of cooking every time

    · All plated meals and food displays have exquisite presentation

    · Going above and beyond with reasonable care

    -

    Organization:

    · Having all tools and kitchen utensils needed for day of event

    · Keeping kitchen areas stocked, clean, and orderly

    · Stay up to date on current food trends, flavors, and presentations

    Operations:

    · Organizing and delegating daily prep lists

    · Overseeing the quality of food production

    · Educating other kitchen staff to continually meet and exceed company expectations

    · Giving direction to line production on event sites

    · Educate front of house staff on food items being provided at events

    · Comfortable with adjusting to new areas; We are 100% off premise for events

    · Ability to safely operate portable/stationary ovens, stoves, warming units, etc.

    · Able to be on foot 10-12 hours at a time, and able to lift up-to 50lbs

    · During weekdays, you will be needed to provide exquisite sample meals and serve clients at personal tastings

    Pay: $21 - $25 /hour *Largely depends on experience*
