- Experience in water distribution, water treatment, GIS/GPS, plumbing, or facility maintenance operations desired.
- Knowledge of principles of hydraulics in pipes and potential causes of backflow preferred.

Position Summary
The Town of Breckenridge Public Works Department is seeking a dedicated and customer service-oriented individual for the position of Water Administrator - Summer Seasonal. This position requires technical, administrative, and technological skills in both the office and the field pertaining to backflow/cross-connections prevention, identification, and correction.
The incumbent will be responsible for administering a comprehensive backflow control program which will include communications, compliance identification and tracking, and reporting and recording of various connections. Additionally, this position will assist the Water Division with other administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Hiring Pay Range: $ $22.75 per hour.
WORK SCHEDULE:
The work schedule for this position varies, up to 40 hours per week or as needed at the discretion of management. Individuals in this position must be flexible in terms of availability, and may on occasion be required to work other shifts as needed, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
