- 6 years of experience in human service programs with 2 years in a lead role
- 2 years of experience in supportive housing, behavioral health, or related fields
- 1 year in a Case Manager role with individuals experiencing homelessness
- Experience in tracking expenditures, using Microsoft Office, and understanding equity considerations

Clackamas County's Social Services Division is looking for a dynamic and compassionate leader to join the team as a Human Services Supervisor for the Supportive Housing Team.
The Human Services Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the activities and personnel of the Long Term Housing work unit within the Supportive Housing Team. This team provides support and services for various programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness or at-risk, including underserved, low-income, homeless, disabled, and veteran populations. Responsibilities include program development, budget alignment, and evaluations to meet team goals while staying within financial and participant care targets.
We seek a motivated individual committed to promoting equity, fostering a productive environment, and showing respect for diverse populations. As a Program Supervisor, this person will oversee the efficient operation of the Supportive Housing unit while adhering to program funding guidelines.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position operates on a 40-hour workweek Monday through Thursday with alternate workweek, and provides hybrid on-site/telework options based on business needs.
