Your role:

  • Construction planning and project management for maintenance or renovation measures in the field of building maintenance
  • Handling of investments and major repairs
  • Development of drafts and structural solutions
  • Project calculation and cost control
  • Creation of schedules and timelines
  • Technical bid comparisons
  • Definition of delivery and service scopes
  • Technical and time coordination of construction sites
  • Coordination of construction measures with operational requirements

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Several years of relevant professional experience required
  • Knowledge in high, low, steel and road construction advantageous
  • Solid IT skills (especially MS Office)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Driver's license and own car required
