YOUR TASKS

  • Self-organized and independent assessment and evaluation of damage cases in the areas of building damage, structural damage, and building defects
  • Determination and evaluation of precise damage causes and amounts - even in complex and major damage cases
  • Technical support and competent contact person for S+W locations in case of defects, renovation/modernization measures, or new construction projects
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries, preparation of offers, coordination of appointments, and documentation

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, master craftsman, technician
