Schedule:
Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Location:
Cypress, CA (onsite)

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $60,000

Employee Status:
Non-Exempt

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including deposits, collections, and reconciliations.
Serve as a backup for order processing to ensure accurate and timely customer order handling.
Conduct accounts payable analysis and reporting.
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile monthly bank statements and sales tax collection.
Support monthend and yearend closing processes.
Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies in financial reporting.
Assist with yearend audit preparation and provide support to auditors.
Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
23 years of accounting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (formulas and functionality)
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Accounting software used is Navision (preferred, not required)
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Pay:
$55, $60,000.00 per year
