Business Office Assistant (SNF) TEMPORARY UP TO 3 MONTHS.
Shift: 8:30AM-5:00 PM MON-FRI FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITION UP TO 3 MONTHS.
Upland Rehabilitation Care Center is a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and subacute facility featuring 198 beds located in Upland, CA. We are looking to fill the BOA position
temporary for our day shift.
Duties:
- Medical billing including specialties such as skilled nursing facilities, xray, laboratory, ambulance, and nonmedical transports.
- Be able to preauthorize with insurance companies.
- Follow accounts and decrease account aging.
- Make follow up phone calls to patients, insurance companies, and facilities.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
Point Click Care and HMO billing experience in a SNF facility REQUIRED:
- Strong computer skills including 10-key by touch, Outlook, Word. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and have excellent personnel skills

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
