    A Senior Estimator will play a crucial role in the development of a number of key proejcts in the Raleigh-Durham area for a Top ENR GC, overseeing the initial planning and preparation/estimating phases.

    The Senior Estimator - Top ENR GC - Raleigh will be responsible for:
    Analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
    Prepare precise cost estimates for construction projects, leveraging industry-standard software.
    Review subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
    Deliver timely estimates to support bid submissions, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
    Stay updated on industry trends and cost factors affecting construction projects.
    Mentor junior estimators, fostering their professional growth.
    The successful Senior Estimator - Top ENR GC - Raleigh should have the following qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
    Proven experience as an Estimator or Percon Manager in commercial or multifamily construction
    Proficiency in project management software and tools
    The Senior Estimator - Top ENR GC - Raleigh will receive:
