EKF - diagnostic GmbH is an international specialist in the field of in-vitro diagnostics. We develop, manufacture and distribute blood analysis devices to support medical diagnosis and for use in medical facilities and clinical laboratories.
We are a medium-sized company and foster a culture of short communication channels and close collaboration between all departments.

Your future tasks:

You design and lead technical trainings at our main location as well as worldwide, in both German and English, to ensure effective and independent troubleshooting
In addition to creating and updating training materials and manuals, you are responsible for delivering lively instruction on device technology and work and maintenance instructions
With your expertise, you actively support development and service projects, particularly in the area of serviceability

Your qualifications:

Your qualifications are based on a technical education, supplemented by further training as a technician, master or a degree in fields such as medical, electrical or information technology
In your many years of professional experience, you have deepened your understanding of electrical engineering and ideally have experience as a trainer for complex technical products
You have excellent communication
