What you'll do:


MedixSafe is looking for a hands-on, highly organized, independently motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in a fast-paced environment within a growing company.

You will work with a small team to produce our security products and oversee raw material flow within the production facility.

Working as a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for engaging in the production lifecycle including building product, receiving inventory, managing stock levels and overseeing Quality Assurance testing while ensuring we meet standards and deadlines for products.


Key Responsibilities/Requirements:


  • Great team player and excellent attitude
  • Open minded and creative thinker, willing to provide solutions to production issues
  • Assemble products, check for defects and closely follow safety procedures
  • Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build safes and key cabinets
  • Plan and establishes work schedules, production sequences, priorities, monitor progress and resolve problems to maximize productivity
  • Maintain inventory levels including reporting deficiencies in raw materials
  • Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Program access control devices based on customer needs
  • Provide production process analysis and makes recommendations on solutions to process improvements
  • Coordinate with our outside manufacturers and suppliers, to ensure they are delivering quality materials ontime

Qualifications:


  • Two or more years leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing and warehouse setting
  • Academic background in computer science, networking, software troubleshooting
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Experienced in handling medium duty machinery and power tool equipment, i

e:
mig-welder, skill-saw, grinder, cutters, drills, etc.

  • Have acute measurement skills
  • Building experience in the steel component industry
  • Comfortable with heights and heavy lifting of equipment ranging from 50lbs
  • 120lbs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to contribute in a highpaced, fastchanging work environment consistently and positively
  • Exposure to sensitive information, requiring considerable professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment
  • Comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and working cross functionally
  • Past work with locks, locksmithing or physical access control products is a strong advantage
