Entry Level Regional Aquatics Manager - Gaithersburg, United States - American Pool
Description
Responsible for the operation, oversight and management of 20 commercial aquatic facilities- Manage the field operations team of supervisors, pool managers and lifeguards for designated aquatic sites
- Identify, propose and communicate sales of construction, parts and repairs at managed properties
- Respond to issues with clients, employees and site managers; Communicating solutions and soliciting feedback on responses
- Is hands on Likes the challenge of fixing and preparing things with their hands
- Is service obsessed Enjoys developing customer relationships and providing excellent service with a positive attitude
- Enjoys being part of a team This position requires interacting with all other facets of the organization and will enjoy interacting and developing relationships with other team members
- Focuses on Growth and Development Is interested in building their own skill set and talents as well as the skills of the team members under their wing

$45, $55,000.00 per year
