Job Description Summary

Maintenance Tech:

  • Provide Maintenance support to both CNC machine lines
  • Complete PMs and thoroughly cleanup work area after
  • Repair, rebuild or setup of mechanical gearbox assemblies

Maintenance Tech:

  • Provide Maintenance support to both CNC machine lines
  • Complete PMs and thoroughly cleanup work area after
  • Adherer to all safety requirements on CNC machines
  • Work with CNC machine mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Read and troubleshoot using schematics
  • Troubleshoot, lube and grease systems

Required Skills and Education

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience working on CNC machines and processes
  • Minimum education: HS diploma or GED
  • Must successfully pass post offer hair follicle drug test thorough background check
  • Must be able to interpret blueprints
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office
  • Must work effectively with others
  • Experience in an automotive industry preferred
  • Ability to work any shift to cover for absences or vacation is expected
  • Ability to work within a small team or independently
  • Shift flexibility and willingnes to attend offsite training a must.
  • Strong mechanical analytical problem solving ability
  • Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and Okuma controls is a plus
  • ROBOTICS knowledge a plus
