Maintenance Technician Lead

Job Description Summary

Maintenance Tech:

Provide Maintenance support to both CNC machine lines
Complete PMs and thoroughly cleanup work area after
Repair, rebuild or setup of mechanical gearbox assemblies

Maintenance Tech:

Provide Maintenance support to both CNC machine lines
Complete PMs and thoroughly cleanup work area after
Adherer to all safety requirements on CNC machines
Work with CNC machine mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
Read and troubleshoot using schematics
Troubleshoot, lube and grease systems

Required Skills and Education

Minimum of 3 years proven experience working on CNC machines and processes
Minimum education: HS diploma or GED
Must successfully pass post offer hair follicle drug test thorough background check
Must be able to interpret blueprints
Good oral and written communication skill
Working knowledge of MicroSoft Office
Must work effectively with others
Experience in an automotive industry preferred
Ability to work any shift to cover for absences or vacation is expected
Ability to work within a small team or independently
Shift flexibility and willingnes to attend offsite training a must.
Strong mechanical analytical problem solving ability
Experience with Fanuc, Siemens and Okuma controls is a plus
ROBOTICS knowledge a plus
