- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist - CEBS) is a plus. An exceptional candidate with an Associate degree 5 plus years of experience maybe considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze benefits data, trends, and costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in benefits administration systems, MS Office Suite, and HRIS platforms.
