    Description

    Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Services Consultant for our client, a wonderful managed services provider organization in NYC In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure client's IT operations are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently This is a full time, direct hire in Midtown with the opportunity for some hybrid work.

    Perks:

    • Opportunity to be part of an established MSP leader with a regular 8-5, M-F schedule
    • Great work culture and an experienced IT team
    • Salary range is $100-125k, depending on experience

    What you will be doing:

    • Utilize Zendesk and other technical tools to assess, document and resolve IT issues
    • Resolving issues with Windows and Mac desktop OS
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MS Office applications, especially Outlook
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mobile devices
    • Consult with clients in the areas of infrastructure, automation, and security operations, ensuring peak efficiency

    What you will need:

    • 3-5 years+ experience in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in an MSP setting
    • Be within a commutable distance of Midtown and able to provide onsite support for MSP clients
    • Experience with implementing and maintaining Azure environments is preferred
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and monitoring preferred
