Route Supervisor Role:

Ensure team adherence to Space Clean standards by monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and providing feedback. Manage inventory, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive work environment.


Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience (1 year minimum)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Reliable vehicle (mileage compensated for routes outside city limits)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Pass background check and drug test
• Available for emergencies and oncall duty
• Strong attendance record
• Commitment to safety protocols

Responsibilities:

• Work up to 4.5 hours/day, starting at 5:00 a.m. each day (7 days/week)
• Wear company uniform
• Drive to multiple Houston locations daily
• Ensure building security
• Basic cleaning, inspections, deliveries, and reporting
• Provide staff guidance and monitor efficiency
• Address quality issues promptly
• Track errors and customer complaints
• Available 24/7 for emergencies
• Maintain inventory and submit reports
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Supervise staff performance
• Ensure compliance with scope of work
