Waiver support coordination (case manager) for persons with disabilities.

This is the service of advocating for the recipient and identifying, developing, coordinating, and accessing supports and services on the recipient's behalf, regardless of the funding source.

Education. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University

Two years of paid, supervised experience in developmental disabilities, special education, mental health, counseling, guidance, social work, or health and rehabilitative services.

A master's degree in a related field can substitute for one year of the required experience.

Work from home, flexible schedule, Service area Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas and Charlotte County. Visits with clients. Must live in either Pinellas, Sarasota, Manatee or Charlotte Counties. Ideal in today's world. Must visit clients in their home or community. Stipend given for gas and insurance. up to 500.00
