Your tasks

In your position, you will comprehensively manage building projects in the field of heating, ventilation, and sanitation technology
You will create concepts, advise clients and builders, and work with our system planners (m/f/d) to develop concrete designs
You will confidently carry out the necessary calculations using our software
Your cost calculation completes our design
Subsequently, you will create the execution planning, tender the project, and also accompany the awarding of contracts
If you are also interested in construction sites, you can also work in the construction supervision of our projects

You have a degree in building services engineering or building energy technology as a Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor or Master; related degrees such as technician or master (m/f/d) are also welcome
In order to competently fulfill your tasks, you are familiar with the CAD software commonly used in our industry, such as AutoCad, Autodesk Revit, Plancal Nova, or can perfectly convey your concepts to our system planners
You are proficient in MS Office 365 programs and have experience with common applications in our industry, such as AVA software
You have a confident, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with our clients, as well as a passion for independent work and
