Commercial Manager (m/f/d) for Schweiger Group, Head Office in Sauerlach, Shorewood-Tower Hills-Harbert, MI

Schweiger - The supplier and service provider for mechanical engineering.

The Schweiger Group stands for state-of-the-art supply and service concepts for mechanical engineering and industry. Specifically tailored to our customer segment, we cover the areas of distribution, production, and pure services.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Commercial Manager (m/f/d).


Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Development and implementation of reporting and controlling across the group
  • Further development and optimization of internal processes and structures / responsible for process improvements and structural projects
  • Point of contact for management, banks, tax consultants, auditors, and rating agencies
  • Internal and external implementation of decisions (negotiations with customers and suppliers, internal authority to issue instructions)

Qualifications:

  • Broad commercial experience with excellent knowledge of accounting, controlling, and processes (production)
  • Organizational experience beyond the commercial area
  • Experience in mediumsized companies with growth / change processes
  • Leadership experience
  • Handson mentality, practical approach
  • Good ERP, MS Office, and English skills
