We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Receptionist to become an integral part of our dynamic team.


Primary Responsibilities:


As a vital part of our front office operations, you will engage in a range of essential duties aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our medical practice.


These responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Managing routine front office tasks such as responding to incoming calls, coordinating and confirming appointments, establishing schedules, and performing accurate data entry.
  • Welcoming clients upon their arrival, providing necessary paperwork, and offering assistance to ensure completion as required.
  • Ensuring precise organization of paperwork within the designated client folders.
  • Generating daily schedules, both for the day's appointments and the doctors' timetables.
  • Collaborating effectively with our valued business partners and providers to guarantee the timely and precise submission of essential reports.
  • Accompanying doctors during examinations, as per patient requests.
  • Conducting the measurement of vital signs with precision and care.
  • Displaying the versatility to thrive both within a collaborative team environment and autonomously.
  • Exemplifying exceptional customer service acumen that fosters positive interactions with our providers, business associates, and cherished clients.
  • Upholding a working environment that prioritizes health and safety measures.
  • Exhibiting exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Education and/or Experience

  • EDUCATION_
  • Required
  • High School, GED or equivalent
  • Preferred
  • Medical secretarial or receptionist certification
  • EXPERIENCE_
  • Preferred
- minimum 3 years? Medical Receptionist experience in occupational health setting

  • Preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA
  • Familiarity with the Windows operating system, Internet Explorer Browser, and Microsoft Office
