GENERAL SUMMARY


Develop and establish supply chain activities for petroleum products wholesale in designated markets to provide necessary process and infrastructure, capturing higher margins along the downstream chain.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with the Finance/Treasury department to ensure that all credit related matters are in good order for all transactions;
  • Request credit assurance documents for purchases as needed;
  • Verify that all deals negotiated by the Traders are properly registered into the ETRM System;
  • Monitor and keep track of all movements (inventory and noninventory) by coordinating with the Operations Team;
  • Verify that all invoicing conditions negotiated are met prior to management approval;
  • Ensure that all ETRM values (revenues, costs, and OPEX) are in accordance with final invoices after proper verification;
  • Finalize the ETRM transactions by performing the corresponding matches;
  • Coordinate the approval of all Operational Expenses;
  • Attest to calculation sheets for product purchases, sales and post fixture costs;
  • Evaluate and report vendor rotation for inspection and supervision services;
  • Create SAP documents for product trades created in CXL;
  • Create SAP Documents for trading OPEX services;
  • Monitor SAP and ETRM to ensure vendors, clients, products and bank information are properly registered in the systems;
  • Providing and requesting information from counterparts for KYC processes as needed;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to operate:

  • A telephone, fax machine, calculator, copier, scanner, and other nonspecified office equipment
  • A computer with the following software: Windows,

Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and other proprietary software.

Minimum 3 years experience, within the oil and gas industry.

Knowledge of fuel logistics and commercialization, market indicators, refining products and process, etc.

Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and basic corporate finance.


EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required. A degree in Business Administration is preferred.
