- Manage cash flow and treasury services.
- Supervise general accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Perform Controller duties when required.
- Supervise financial statement preparation and audits.
- Prepare fiscal year-end tax returns.
- Coordinate tax audits and filings.
- Complete grant reporting requirements.
- File necessary state and city documents.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
- Five years of accounting experience in healthcare or not-for-profit environment required.
- Three years of supervisory experience (required); Five years supervisory experience (preferred).
- CPA, MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Health Administration preferred.
- Seven to ten years of accounting experience in hospital or healthcare preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills required.
- Good managerial and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

General Summary:
