- Supervise and coordinate shop, fabrication, repair, service, warehouse, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, quality, and safety.
- Train and develop staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Manage inventory levels to meet production requirements and minimize excess stock.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
