Operate the company vehicle with, and without, the trailer

Assist with delivery of inventory from other dealers or distribution

Maintain inventory of charged motorcycle batteries

Re-fill stock of oil, electrolyte material, or other supplies, as needed

After service is complete detail and refuel vehicles to prepare for the next stage

Communicate vehicle status to Service Advisors, or Service Managers, upon completion

Use appropriate equipment to clean and maintain the shop area, and facility

Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell, and Motorcycle Referral, programs

Act as an Ambassador for the dealership, and the Harley-Davidson brand.

Job Specifications

Physical and Mental Demands:

Frequently moves motorcycles weighing greater than 500 to over 950 lbs

Frequently loads and unloads vehicles being delivered

Occasionally work more than 8-hours per day, and on the weekends

Occasionally move or transport objects that weigh > 50 lbs

Occasionally operate hand-held, and other machinery or equipment.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to loud noises, fumes, and other toxic chemicals.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent
