*IT Support Field Technician (m/f/d)

*Supporting users in remote and on-site support and processing customer orders in Magdeburg.

*YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • User and device support for Microsoft Windows devices
  • Installation and configuration of client systems and peripheral devices
  • Remote and on-site software installation for customers in Magdeburg
  • Supporting users in remote and on-site support and processing customer orders
  • Updating the knowledge database
*YOUR PROFILE
  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft client operating systems
  • Installation and configuration of client systems and peripheral devices
  • Experience in help desk or user support
  • Processing of incidents and customer orders
