Managing Director (m/f/d) in the social sector

Your responsibilities:

  • Operational management of locations (leading the Eastern team (Leipzig, Magdeburg, Dresden, NEW Thuringia))
  • Conceptual development in terms of expertise, personnel, and economics
  • Overall responsibility and management of locations in various areas
  • Financial planning and responsibility while considering profitability
    • Commercial responsibility: You are responsible for commercial processes and procedures and ensure efficient resource management and budget planning;
    • Economic planning and controlling: You monitor accounts receivable management, budget planning, and carry out all necessary controlling measures to optimize financial performance;
