Operation Analyst - South El Monte, United States - Genuine Parts Giant Inc

Description

We are currently looking for an Operation Analyst to fill a full-time position in our business department to focus on cross-functional issue tracking, resolution, and process optimization.

This position works closely with Supplier and Logistic Operation and Customer Service to track down core issues in IT systems, operations, and vendors, articulate the problem, then develop solutions to drive resolution.

• Assist in ecommerce customers and fulfillment operations support/escalations
• Work with crossfunctional teams to pinpoint and resolve issues
• Work with vendors/partners to identify & resolve issues
• Identify areas of opportunities to enhance customer experience related to our business
• Perform monthly operation analysis by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; issuing status reports.
• Improves results by recommending process improvements; providing continuing measurements and analyses.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field Required. Master degree preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills, detail and goal oriented, collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Ecommerce related experience such as Amazon/Ebay is a plus
