Description

Leading multi-family renovation construction company with great opportunities for growth seeking a Superintendent with 5+ years of apartment renovation experience.

• O & M turnover and Punch list
• Work with site Property Management
• Responsible for coordinating all phases of construction.
• Manage, track, and update overall project schedule.
• Responsible to perform and communicate material takeoffs, quantity surveys, revisions, and redline plan modifications.
• Planning, scheduling, organization, supervision, coordinating, safety, training, decisionmaking, problemsolving, and leadership skills as related to multifamily apartment construction.
• Ability to understand and follow multifamily apartment construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and warranty standards.
• Management of subordinate site staff (Assistant Superintendents & General Labor)
• Review and discuss construction techniques to improve current methods.
• Coordinate all City inspections.
• Participate in the review of monthly subcontractor draw requests.
• Owner construction reporting as required.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks within a strict deadline, record weekly meeting minutes
• Capable of order materials for workers in advance

• Construction management experience required (multifamily experience preferred)
• Plan reading, & takeoffs.
• Working knowledge of all construction trades
• Expertise in site development and apartment building construction method

• Must be able to multitask, excellent communicator, organized, and selfstarter.
• Must be able to diagnose and solve problems in the field
• Must have technical experience
• MS Excel, Word, Outlook & Project
