The Flexco team is interested in you if you have:

An Associate's Degree (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or equivalent experience
A minimum of 4 years of management experience (preferred)
Strong manufacturing, production and operations experience
Proven process improvement skills including the ability to participate in developing and implementing processes improvements within the team
Participate on crossfunctional teams like Safety, Wellness, Environmental Sustainability, New Product Launch, etc.
Be available to help manage weekend overtime when required.
Timely completion of budgets and forecasting.
Be willing to work sidebyside with employees when faced with capacity constraints or as time allows.
Assure that performance reviews are completed on time. This is to include updating the development plan section and making sure employees are progressing on plans
