- Maintain and continuously improve the Companys Compliance Management System.
- Oversee the Companys Vendor Management, Compliance Testing, Licensing & Insurance, Change Management, and Compliance Training functions.
- Develop, lead, and drive engagement of the Compliance team to maximize effectiveness across the organization.
- Support a robust reporting environment to enable the Company to perform effective risk assessments and root cause analyses.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance-related policies, procedures, processes, and controls.
- Actively lead process improvement efforts for each function within the Compliance department.
- Facilitate the implementation of effective compliance strategies to assess key risks and identify opportunities to strengthen the Companys control environment.
- Provide subject matter expertise for various compliance and regulatory domains.
- Drive the successful completion of department-wide initiatives and provide compliance support for strategic company initiatives.
- Regularly engage with and provide support to the Chief Compliance Officer and the Companys Legal team.
- Champion a culture of compliance across the organization that facilitates the identification and mitigation of emerging compliance issues.

- Bachelors degree and a minimum of four years related experience in consumer financial services compliance.
- Experience managing a successful compliance team is highly preferred.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for leading a team of compliance professionals and driving compliance efforts throughout the organization. The Senior Compliance Manager maintains the Companys Compliance Management System and oversees various functions across the Compliance department. This role is critical to the Companys ability to effectively mitigate risk and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance-related policies, procedures, processes, and controls.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Pay Range:USD $90, USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
