    Front Office Coordinator

    We are currently seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-time front office coordinators to join our expanding Medspa team. As a key player in our office, the front desk coordinator role requires exceptional customer service, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills. Join our dynamic team at the bustling medical spa located in Dallas Preston Hollow. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks including greeting clients, facilitating membership sales, processing payments, confirming appointments, managing incoming calls, and coordinating schedules for our team. A high-energy team player with keen attention to detail and a strong work ethic is essential for this role. Enjoy sales incentives as part of the package.

    The ideal candidate will have flexible availability throughout the week, from Monday to Friday starting at 8:30am until 7pm, and Saturdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

    Position Requirements:

    • Previous Front Desk Experience (medical background is a plus)
    • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail
    • Proficiency in handling a multi-provider scheduling system
    • Familiarity with laser, esthetic treatments, and cosmetic injectables is advantageous
    • Demonstrates a collaborative team spirit
    • Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service
    • Professional phone etiquette and client greeting skills
    • Personalized client attention and in-depth understanding of their membership plan
    • Accurate appointment scheduling
    • Efficiently manages client paperwork within the online system
    • Ensures accurate client appointment tracking
    • Maintains updated inventory records

    Earn commission on Product and membership sales as part of your compensation package.
