This is what you can achieve:

  • Management (technical and disciplinary) of work preparation and production control/material supply for maintenance
  • Order processing
  • Preparation of offers for maintenance projects, including calculation of projects with hours and materials
  • Customer support
  • Capacity and budget planning
  • Support in the commercial processing of all orders in the area, including coordination of invoice creation with the finance department
  • Controlling for the area (weekly and monthly reports) and capacity planning
  • SAP evaluations for data collection of reports (management reports)
  • Collaboration with controlling and quality management

This is what you bring:


  • Completed aviation training with additional training as a technician/bachelor in the field of aviation
  • 5 years of professional experience in aviation maintenance/production or in a comparable position
  • Basic knowledge of business administration required
  • Knowledge in the area of Part 14
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP 4 Hana & R/
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Planning and organizational skills, quick comprehension, and assertiveness
  • Leadership experience
