As the Human Resources Manager, you not only have the necessary qualifications, but also possess strong social skills. In this key position, successful interaction with our employees and managers is crucial. A high level of empathy and sensitivity are advantageous.

Additionally, you should be up-to-date with developments in human resources and have the willingness to continuously educate yourself in order to expand your own skills and competencies.
