Architecture- Architectural Design- Registered Architect - Architectural Construction- Architectural EngineeringOur client, an excellent architectural firm in the local area is actively seeking to add a Registered Architect, Sr. Project Architect or Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager tot the team.

Responsibilities:
Set up list of deliverables and work with the assigned team to deliver
Staff/team management
Client facing
Ensures that governmental regulations, zoning & building codes, and current building industry standards are met
Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the entire architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases
Guide, direct and mentor the project and consultant teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, and team progress
Develop & coordinate technical specifications
Maintain ongoing, positive, and productive team & client relationships
Providing direction, motivating others, and fostering a successful project team to execute assigned projects (Designer(s), Architect(s), etc.)
Experience pursuing new business opportunities with existing or potential new clients
Provide client(s) clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, proactively address potential issues, and provide possible solutions as necessary
Conduct site visits as necessary
Requirements:
BS, or MS degree in Architecture
Ten (10+) or more years in the practice of architecture.
Management skills & experience to lead staff team, consultants and maintain client relationships
QA/QC review of the work of others
Revit proficiency of at least (3+ years)
Strong verbal & written communication, and presentation skills
